Incoming Inspection

All the Raw-Materials, Consumables are inspected for their suitability as per the internal specification and the results are recorded.

Sand is inspected for Grain Size, Clay Content, moisture & Volatile Materials. Ferro alloys are inspected for respective elements, carbon, Sulphur & Phosphorus etc., CRCA & S S Scrap are checked for bundle size, rust, oil, sundry materials & Composition.
