Pattern Shop

The pattern shop is equipped with followings.

• Radial Drilling Machine
• Surface Table
• Measuring Instruments.

On receipt of the Patterns, Core Boxes & Loose Pieces if any are inspected

• Visual for any damages / undercuts & the finish
• Dimensional with respect to the latest drawing
• Marking details.

If there is any minor deviations are observed in the dimensions the same are corrected in house with intimation to the customer.

In case of major dimensional deviations, the patterns are returned to customers for correction or get done by the sub-contractor externally.

Based on the volume, the patterns are match plated and issued to production for further samples. Before release for bulk production, the sample casting is inspected dimensionally and subjected to NDT to ensure the soundness.
